BuzzRx has an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau.

With virtually no online complaints, over $1 billion saved on prescriptions, and nearly $8 million donated to charities, this is a company you can trust.

How does BuzzRx Work?

BuzzRx works with its PBM partners to offer the lowest possible prescription discount prices.

When using the app or website, you can find savings depending on your location and which pharmacy you decide to use.

Within the BuzzRx discount network, there are significant price discrepancies because each pharmacy has an individual deal negotiated with BuzzRx and its partners.

There is a four-step process to find the best Rx coupon price.

The screenshots below are taken from the BuzzRx app.

Step 1

Search for your prescription on the app or website.

⭐️ Tip - BuzzRx does not require you to sign up for an account, this allows for easy access to discounts.

Step 2

After entering your medication, you will be asked to confirm if the drug will be generic or brand name, form, strength, quantity, and location.

Step 3

There will be a wide range of prices depending on the pharmacy.

⭐️ Tip - The price can fluctuate drastically depending on the card, pharmacy, and medication filled.

Each prescription discount card has individually negotiated prices.

The way to find the true lowest price is by comparing the cards against each other.

What Are The BuzzRx Prices?

The discounted price will ultimately depend on what medication you fill, your area, and the pharmacy you use.

Finding the lowest cost pharmacy will be the most significant factor as every drug store will have a different price point.

For example, the average retail price of Norvasc is $43.00, according to BuzzRx.

Can BuzzRx be Used with Insurance?

BuzzRx is not insurance but rather an Rx coupon.

Similar to other prescription discount cards like SingleCare, you will need to decide if you want to use the BuzzRx coupon or your insurance.

To determine which option is cheaper, ask the pharmacist to price-check the two against each other.

You will sometimes find the BuzzRx card offers a better price than your insurance.

Similar to standard insurance, BuzzRx cannot be used in tandem with Medicare.
